# Figen AI OS · Your whole practice in one workspace

Figen OS is Figen AI’s workspace for wealth management advisers. Your clients, calculations, compliance, meetings and documents each open in their own window, side by side, and an assistant can act in any of them.

## What Figen OS contains

Figen OS files its apps in five folders, as in its dock: Capture, Advise, Check, Search, Deliver.

### Capture

What is said in meetings and what arrives by email goes into the client’s file.

- **Recorder**: Your meetings, by video or in person: transcription, a live coach during the conversation, minutes written at the end.
- **Calendar and email**: Your Gmail or Outlook mailbox and calendar, connected: messages and meetings are filed under each client.

### Advise

Client follow-up fits in one record, with an assistant that acts on it.

- **Super Agent**: The assistant that carries out your requests: it opens a record, runs a calculation, drafts a document. Tax and legal experts work alongside it.
- **CRM**: The complete client record: household, assets, income, investor profile.
- **Tasks**: Your tasks as a list, a table or a kanban board, linked to your clients.
