albR remains your firm’s management tool. Figen OS, the Figen AI workspace, connects to it: a record sent from albR opens in Figen OS, alongside the wealth encyclopaedia, data on funds and contracts, and compliance documents ready to go back into albR. Nothing is entered twice.

## What Figen OS brings to a firm that runs on albR

albR holds the CRM, the subscriptions and compliance. Figen OS works from that file: it searches, compares and drafts, right next to the client record.

### The wealth encyclopaedia

Atlas brings together sourced and dated entries, organised by field and sub-field. When a client asks a question, the answer and its source are in Figen OS, next to their file.

### Fund and contract data

Financial and non-financial data on funds and contracts, from Morningstar data: performance, fees, key information documents, ESG and SFDR criteria. Enough to compare investments, prepare a switch and justify a recommendation.

### Compliance documents, ready for albR

## A record entered once, in albR

The connection between albR and Figen OS moves the client file one way, and the documents the other.

1. **In albR**: You keep the client record as usual, then send it to Figen OS.
2. **In Figen OS**: The record opens with the household, the assets and the investor profile. The assistant, the encyclopaedia, the fund data and the calculators work on it.
3. **Back in albR**: You file the compliance documents produced in Figen OS in the client’s albR file.
