Adunéa, the business club that bets on the independence of independent financial advisors

14 January 2026 4 min reading time News

Created at the initiative of firms wishing to preserve their autonomy while gaining collective strength, Adunéa positions itself as an alternative to networks and consolidation logics. A model based on sharing, cooperation and the optimization of tools and revenues.

With Bruno Delpeut, Founder of Adunéa and Jules Rousselet Founding Partner of Alfines Private Management.

Adunéa: a business club for independent financial advisors, an alternative to networks

Adunéa is a business club for financial advisors. What does that mean, a business club?

Bruno Delpeut: Following the initiative of several firms that came to see me at the end of 2024 about market concentration, an ecosystem that is concentrating, telling me: today we have consolidators on the market that are becoming bigger and bigger and we, mechanically, are becoming smaller and smaller.

We still want to be able to maintain a level of quality, services, offerings and tools to address our clients. We did not want to start another network, for a simple reason: networks, particularly commercial ones, I don't necessarily believe in them anymore.

We will try to find an alternative to roll-ups and build-up platforms, on how we can achieve this collective strength without aggregation, without concentration, without absorption.

But independence does not remove collective intelligence. So we started from two important points: unity is strength, classic, and independence remains the key to allow the members of the club we wanted to create, which is an alternative model to the traditional network in the sense that firms remain of course totally independent.

Compared to an associative network, Adunéa is not a firm that took the initiative to create a network and partly manages it. We have a team that is 100% dedicated to the development of the club, and therefore to the benefit of the members.

Adunéa's positioning

And compared to a commercial network, Adunéa has no CIF status, broker, IOBSP or real estate agent status, and receives no commission. Agreements are maintained directly between members and providers, but on optimized terms and with preferential pricing from service providers.

Why Adunéa stands out from commercial and associative networks?

With Alfines, you were the first firm to join Adunéa. What did you find there?

Jules Rousselet: Concretely, first of all savings. Software we use daily has been renegotiated thanks to the group.

We also have a mechanical increase in our turnover since, as Bruno said, we are independent and Adunéa takes no commission. Some agreements we had already signed with partners have been renegotiated with increased remuneration.

We also have an improved offering with dedicated club deals, bespoke structured products. We are also in discussions with some providers for exclusive investments reserved for Adunéa members. Finally, the group's community spirit, present throughout France, is a real asset.

-30 to -50 % On software savings

Have you been able to quantify what Adunéa has brought you in terms of revenue increase?

Jules Rousselet: Yes. On software savings, we are between -30 and -50%. And on revenue, we have an increase between 10 and 20% of existing remuneration.

How to join Adunéa: a business club founded on co-optation among financial advisors

Bruno Delpeut: It's not the size of the firm or its seniority that is a selection criterion. It's above all a mindset. We want people who want to share, exchange, help each other and bring commercial opportunities.

Today, recommendation and co-optation represent 50% of memberships. This word-of-mouth is the best indicator of the value we offer.

110 firms joined Adunéa in one year of existence

Concrete examples of cooperation between wealth management firms

Jules Rousselet: Yes, two examples. The first is the deployment of artificial intelligence within our firm, thanks to Adunéa, which is very advanced on AI applied to wealth management. We are talking in particular about Figen AI.

Another very concrete example concerns an elderly client in the Bordeaux region who wanted an in-person meeting. Unable to travel, I contacted an Adunéa member based in Bordeaux, who met the client on site while I participated by videoconference. The client greatly appreciated this solidarity.

What are you preparing for 2026?

Bruno Delpeut: We will continue our lunches, with more than 75 lunches planned in 2026 in different cities in France. Universities will also take place in July. Above all, we will launch in February a community tool, a closed LinkedIn-type network, designed as a discussion forum for all members, whatever their issues.
