Figen AI operates on a subscription basis for independent users or dedicated deployment for institutions. We do not charge per request, as we believe our clients should be able to use AI extensively to fully benefit from it and integrate it sustainably into their business.

No, user requests and documents are never reused to train artificial intelligence models.

All processing is governed by contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR.
At the end of your subscription, your data is either deleted or returned upon request within one month. No data is retained beyond the contractual period.
