Figen AI, a specialist in artificial intelligence applied to financial advisory professions, announces the launch of the “Broker Pack”, an offering dedicated to credit brokers composed of 9 industry AI assistants and an AI recorder. The product was designed in collaboration with Benjamin Poisson, founder of Courtia, a platform that assists in assembling loan application files.

Why credit brokerage is particularly exposed to operational pressure

The business model of credit brokerage relies on volume: a firm's profitability depends directly on the number of files processed and converted. Yet each file requires significant time for analysis and verification: financing offers, insurance contracts, company financial statements, bank statements, payslips, from heterogeneous sources and varied formats, with constrained processing times.

Specific operational risks

This equation generates specific operational risks:

  • analysis errors under pressure,
  • missing documents,
  • fragmented client follow-up,
  • time-consuming back-and-forths with clients to complete files.

Conversion rates can be affected, as well as the quality of advice provided.

What the Broker Pack actually does

The suite is organized around two pathways. For professional files, the assistants quickly frame the file, identify the necessary documents, make the analysis more reliable and produce an actionable summary. For individual files, they facilitate the collection of supporting documents, comparative analysis and the generation of a structured summary note, reducing back-and-forths and speeding decision-making.

AI Recorder: from meeting to file, without re-entry

The AI recorder completes the system: it records exchanges during client meetings, generates a structured summary, automatically feeds the broker's CRM, identifies missing information and lists the documents to request.

Figen AI's strategy is based on vertical specialization, assistants designed for specific tasks in the brokerage cycle, rather than on generalist tools. Standardizing file processing also aims to reduce operational risk in multi-broker organizations.

They talk about it

Vincent Aurez, founder of Figen AI

“Brokers don’t need yet another generalist tool. They need assistants that understand their profession, their documents and their time constraints. With the Broker Pack, we put AI at the service of a concrete objective: allowing each broker to handle more files, better, and without hiring. It’s a business productivity logic, not a technological gimmick.”

Benjamin Poisson, founder of Courtia

“In credit, the difference lies in the quality of the file and the speed of execution. We spend an enormous amount of time checking, following up, reconstructing, explaining — whereas the broker's value is analysis and support. The Broker Pack provides exactly what was missing: a layer of industry intelligence that makes files more reliable and smooths the entire process, from the very first meeting.”
