Can I test the platform before subscribing?
Yes, you can test the platform for free for two weeks. Simply sign up and provide a payment method. If the solution does not suit you, you can cancel before the end of the trial period without being charged.
How do you charge?
Figen AI operates on a subscription basis for independent users or dedicated deployment for institutions. We do not charge per request, as we believe our clients should be able to use AI extensively to fully benefit from it and integrate it sustainably into their business.

How do your assistants work?
Our assistants rely on a proprietary multi-agent system, meaning several customized artificial intelligences that collaborate to handle each request. Each agent has a specialty (taxation, legal, communication, financial analysis, etc.) and contributes to producing a complete and coherent response. This operation is reinforced by an internal knowledge base specialized in wealth management, which feeds the assistants with reliable, structured, and constantly updated data.
How do you manage knowledge updates?
Our knowledge base is continuously updated by wealth engineers from official and reliable sources to ensure that information is always current, compliant, and relevant. The knowledge bases also rely on official sources (current finance laws, BOFIP, Monetary and Financial Code, etc.) and access to jurisprudence.
What official sources are used? Is Figen AI connected to legal databases and jurisprudence?
Our tool is connected to a knowledge base created and updated by wealth engineers. Figen AI is also connected to the main French legal databases and jurisprudence, allowing access to decisions from all jurisdictions (Court of Cassation, courts of appeal, judicial courts, commercial courts, etc.). The platform also integrates the consultation and analysis of a very large set of official codes (Civil Code, Commercial Code, General Tax Code, Labor Code, Social Security Code, Penal Code, Civil Procedure Code, Urban Planning Code, Consumer Code, and many others). These connections ensure responses supported by up-to-date legal texts and jurisprudence without disclosing the technical access methods to these sources.
